You’re Invited to Our Fundraiser!

Clay Behavioral Health Center and Kids First of Florida cordially invite you to “A Community Event Unlike Any Other.”

Dex Imaging proudly presents a reverse drawing where all the proceeds directly benefit the children, adults and families served by Clay Behavioral Health Center and Kids First of Florida.

The event will be held at The Hilltop Restaurant in Orange Park, FL on April 15, 2016 starting at 7:00 pm.

Each ticket to this event is $100.00 and will include:

• A 4 course dinner featuring surf and turf entree (vegetarian entrees available upon request)
• Dancing
• Cash Bar
• Entry into the drawing which has a Grand Prize of $5,000.00
• Only 149 tickets will be sold
