Foster Parent Appreciation Week – Introducing the Watfords

Craig and Tracy Watford are veterans of our foster parents program in Clay County. They are also licensed as medical Foster Parents. Craig and Tracy take each child into their home knowing their complexity and never lose sight of their role. Many doctor appointments, insurance road blocks, sleepless nights, and other challenges accompany each child who enters their home. Although they are Medical Foster Parents, Tracy and Craig also take in “traditional” children who we have felt needed specialized attention or were considered a borderline medically needy child. Tracy has led our support group for Clay County the past couple years. Without a doubt they are an asset to our group of Foster Parents.
